CAD design
We use Solidworks 3D CAD design and DFM techniques to further resolve your design concept, and to produce working parametric models and engineering drawings to BS8888.
Multi-component assemblies, animations and renderings can be created that enable you to asses the design completely before continuing to the next phase of production.
Once the design is complete, we use the CAD model to generate the cutting toolpaths ensuring that the final product matches the design precisely.

CNC machining
We use the latest Delcam software, combined with our Solidworks CAD package, to perform CNC machining of complex components and surfaces.
We can produce cutting paths directly from your CAD data to ensure that what we produce meets your specification exactly.
FARO arm measurement
We offer a portable CMM measurement service using our 8ft FARO Quantum arm and laser scanner. Using this fully mobile system, we are able to inspect components and fixtures at customer premises.
The 8ft Quantum arm is capable of single point accuracy to 20 microns and has a wide variety of measurement applications.
